Hello,
I have a 1952 daylight basement, ranch home, that I'm thinking of remodeling. I know it would be a huge undertaking as I would need to completely redo the electrical and plumbing, redo the kitchen, master suite/bathroom and living area. I have no idea of what it might cost but I 'm trying to be practical and I'm thinking at least $100,000.00. If it could be done for less than that, fantastic. But, like I said before I really have no idea other than the appliances would probably cost me around $20,000 alone. This is something I've contemplated since we bought the place 8 years ago and may not have the money for another 2-3yrs, unless we do a refi. That's a possibility. So, if you would like to do a drive by and see the house, it's at *Edit*. We're on the south side of the street that runs parallel to the Safeway store. I've seen some of your work and I'm impressed.
This is more than a comment but you did ask. =)

We own Lot 28 , second row, in Boundary Ridge - about 3 lots North of an Eide spec home that I believe you designed. We would like to discuss design for a home we plan to build on that lot. We will be up there September 28-29 and would like to meet with you if you would have any interest in designing.
Thank you,
