JWR Design can assist you through all phases of your project. From our initial visit on a potential site to investigating the issues ranging from site features, local and regional regulations, zoning and building codes and view and light considerations. Our initial consultation meeting is complimentary, we are glad to meet you on site or in our office.
Design
With our years of experience in Northwest Washington, JWR Design has vast experience with a varied portfolio which allows us to do a tailored, efficient design. This allows you to maximize your design in relation to construction costs, code parameters and site layout. This is accomplished by attentive listening and thoughtful suggestions throughout the design process to create an individualized, conscious space.
Interior Design
We provide an option of working with an interior designer in our office. Whether you would like to spend a few hours discussing finishes and colors, or a full package of complete specifications, we provide the assistance you need to complete your home.
Permitting
Established relationships with the local and regional regulatory jurisdictions is critical to successful completion of your project. Over the past 20 years the members of our team have taken the time to create personal relationships with the various building departments and neighborhood associations. JWR Design takes the time to understand completely how your goals can be accomplished and receive timely permit approval.
3D Modeling
This option allow you to bring your ideas to life and envision the final product. It allows you to personalize the spaces, the light and the finishes to assist you in completing your project.
Construction Observation
JWR Design offers on site monitoring of your construction project. We can confirm draw requests, code compliance and quality of work being completed.
Library of Plans
We have assembled a large variety of plans that are ready to be built. We also are able to modify the plans to your specifications which is an economical option that may allow you to begin building your project soon. The plans are designed specifically for the needs unique to Northwest Washington building sites and local building codes.
